Welcome to PokeDucks! By placing an order through this store, you agree to the following terms. Please take a moment to review them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Overview

PokeDucks provides a unique service where Pokémon cards are opened live during TikTok streams. When you make a purchase, you agree to participate in this format. While we strive to have your order opened while you’re watching the live stream, we cannot always guarantee your attendance during the unboxing.

2. Purchases and Live Stream Openings

All sales made during live streams are final. Refunds are only available for items that are faulty or inaccurately described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

By buying from PokeDucks, you give permission for your products to be unsealed live on TikTok. Your cards will be clearly labeled and securely kept under your name after the stream.

3. Shipping Information

Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are packed and dispatched weekly on Tuesdays. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

Once your parcel has been sent, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping Responsibility

Our duty is to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Once the courier marks the parcel as delivered to that address, our responsibility is fulfilled.

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local postal office.

We’ll do our best to help resolve these situations with the courier, but we are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Should your items arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos and a description. We’ll work with you to address the issue.

International Deliveries

For orders outside Australia, customs delays, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Refund and Replacement Policy

We will only consider refunds or replacements for missing parcels if the courier confirms non-delivery and provides us with compensation.

Orders confirmed delivered by the courier to the correct address are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind.

If an item arrives faulty, misrepresented, or not as advertised, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

You are responsible for ensuring that all provided information, including your shipping address, is accurate at the time of ordering.

Any issues or concerns should be brought to our attention within 14 days of the live opening.

6. Limitation of Liability

PokeDucks is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once orders leave our facility.

While we handle and package all cards with care, we cannot ensure their condition once opened live.

7. Policy Changes

PokeDucks retains the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately once published on our website.

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Orders where shipping has been paid are packed every Tuesday and sent out Wednesday mornings.

All purchases made under the same name are automatically combined into a single shipment.

Let PokeDucks know if you’d prefer your orders to be held.

1x shipping fee covers all your orders placed before that Tuesday, no matter how many items you’ve purchased.

Why is shipping seperate and not included in sale prices?

Shipping is kept separate so we can offer flexibility and fairness to all customers. Many of our buyers purchase multiple times before requesting shipment, so separating shipping allows you to combine multiple orders into one package and only pay for shipping once. This helps keep product prices lower and gives you control over when your items are shipped.

PokeDucks ships to over 100 countries globally. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Can you hold my orders?

All “rip & ship” items are considered a digital experience unless shipping is purchased. Your cards from live openings will be safely stored for up to 6 months. After that time, they are considered “left unclaimed” and we can no longer guarantee storage or shipping.

Will I Receive Tracking Info?

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number. Be sure to enter a valid email and phone number at checkout to receive shipping updates from the courier.

Will Multiple Orders Be Combined?

Yes, any orders made under the same name will be grouped and shipped together automatically. Please note that shipping must be purchased separately.
